WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING OUR HAIR, YOU CAN ASK FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND IN THE CASES LISTED BELOW:

  • The hair has not been used.
  • The hair is tangled/ shedding.
  • The length of the hair bundle is shorter than the one on the quotation you paid.
  • The hair texture/ color/ size of closure (or frontal) is not the same as what we concluded.

WE WILL REFUSE TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT IN THE CASES AS BELOW:

  • You used/ damaged/ cut the hair.
  • You changed the pattern of the hair.
  • Don’t return/refund for hair extension products (hair material bulk, tape,keratin tip, clip in, mircoring, nanoring,…), Wig product, Lace closure/frontal
  • The Vietnamese technology of all factories here can not make small curls (pixie curly, water curly,…) well. Sometimes the hair is dry and its pattern does not last long. So if you still want to buy small curls, BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. We don’t accept to exchange or refund for small curl orders.
  • Because of the nature of handmade products, we will not refund the money in anycase when products were made. Only refund when products are bad and can not be exchange

NOTICE: CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED

Please do not send unauthorized returns. We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.

Shipping Fee: Shipping and handling are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be sent back and the exchange shipped at your expense.

*Note: We recommend that you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package.

AND WE ONLY CAN REFUND THROUGH PAYPAL DUE TO GOVERNMENT POLICIES

To avoid the custom taxes in destination country, all packages shipped by UPS/DHL will be informed as “Synthetic hair”, but don’t be attention it because we only sell 100% real Vietnam Human Hair. So any claims about this text in package we don’t accept. If customers don’t like and want fill right name “human hair”, they need to pay for custom taxes when package come to their country to get the goods.

**NOTE: Any changes to the order after 3 days of payment, including color change, length change, type change, or cancellation of the order, will be attempted to be checked by the company, but there is no guarantee that it can be executed because the order has been sent to the manufacturer. Especially, If the customer suddenly cancel the order, the deposit or the entire value of the order will be forfeited without exceptions.
